RETURN & REFUND

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

DELIVERY

Usually it takes 3-7 days to fullfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3-4 business days

EUROPE: 6-8 business days

AUSTRALIA: 2-14 business days

JAPAN: 4-8 business days

Printful has US SIZES, so IF you are ordering in Europe take one Size bigger than Your normal Size.

ORDER & SHIPPING

Printful does NOT accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES. However, if you encounter any issues with your item, please conact us at shop@emiidacreative.com and we will resolve it promptly! Printful only issues refunds in cases where the item is damaged or if an incorrect item was received.

To ensure a seamless experience, please provide your accurate address and size when proceeding to checkout.
